Winter is almost the season and we are looking forward to the Spring Recital.  If you are not a current student, contact me to see if you can enroll in classes and participate as well.

Here is just a small taste of what your music lessons would be like:

Whether you endeavor to learn to play piano or guitar, the main focus of each session is learning to play music that you like and that has meaning for you personally.

 Every session is tailored to fit the students goals, but is created using the following:

Lesson plans are based on a piece of music that you would like to learn.  Around that we then work through a series of books that will help you to progressively learn the essentials: sight reading, timing, theory, scales, etc.  You will learn everything that you need to know so you can pick up a piece of sheet music and start playing, as well as improvise.  Especially critical to your development as a pianist or guitarist is the amount of time (and quality of) your practicing.
